The local area marketing retention campaigns are designed to support member retention at your site, providing effective strategies to enhance engagement. It is your responsibility to implement and utilise these campaigns as needed, with local management by JUMP! Swim School sites to ensure a tailored approach to maintaining strong member relationships.
Loyalty Card (Managed by Head Office)
Overview
This campaign is designed to encourage consistent attendance and engagement throughout the winter months – a typically quieter period for swim schools. By introducing a fun and rewarding loyalty card program, this initiative aims to incentivise families to continue their swim journey for 10 consecutive weeks, helping maintain student progress and retention during the colder season. The chance to win one of five $250 Red Balloon gift cards adds excitement and value for families, while supporting franchisees in driving attendance, reducing cancellations, and keeping their classes full throughout winter.
June – August
- Creative asset development
- Copy development + scheduling across all jump sites
- Winner selection and announcement
- Ensure your swim school team members are aware of your retention campaign.
- Ensure you download, print and display posters and digital assets throughout your swim school channels
- Assign a marketing champ/s to be responsible for local social content creation. This includes: sharing photos or video footage of your members using the loyalty cards.
- The MORE local content, the MORE engaged your social media fans and followers will be. Drive MORE community at a local level.

By encouraging parents to leave a quick review in-venue, we not only strengthen our digital presence but also build trust with future customers. Offering the chance to win a gift card adds a simple but effective incentive, making it easy for staff to ask for reviews in a natural and engaging way. This campaign supports franchisees by increasing positive visibility, enhancing credibility in local communities, and creating momentum for word-of-mouth growth.
