This campaign is designed to attract passionate and dedicated individuals to join the team at JUMP! Swim Schools as swim instructors. This initiative will focus on building awareness of the exciting opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives, offering a positive work environment, and providing ongoing training and career growth within the JUMP! network. We want to highlight the fulfilling nature of the role, the supportive team environment, and the opportunity for personal development. It is your responsibility to implement and utilise these campaigns as needed

- Ensure your swim school team members are aware of your recruitment campaign.
- Ensure you download, print and display posters and digital assets throughout your swim school channels
- Assign a marketing champ/s to be responsible for local social content creation.
- The MORE local content, the MORE engaged your social media fans and followers will be. Drive MORE community at a local level.
