$10,000 Family Holiday to the Great Barrier Reef – Competition
Terms and Conditions
- **1. JUMP! Swim Schools:** The “$10,000 Family Holiday to the Great Barrier Reef” competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is organized by JUMP! Swim Schools and Universal Pictures with its registered office for JUMP! Swim Schools located at Level 4, 104 Albert Road South Melbourne VIC 3025. **2. Eligibility:** The Competition is open to all legal residents of Australia and NZ, aged 18 years or older, except employees, agents, and immediate family members of the JUMP! Swim Schools and its affiliated companies.
**3. Entry Period:**
The Competition begins on Friday 1st September at 12:00 AM [AEST] and ends on at 11:59 31-October 2023 [AEST]. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible for consideration.
**4. How to Enter:**
To enter the Competition, participants must complete the following steps:
– Go to www.jumpswimschools.com.au/ruby-gillman-teenage-kraken/ or www.jumpswimschools.co.nz/ruby-gillman-teenage-kraken/
– Enrol at your local JUMP! Swim School
– Fill out the official entry form with accurate and complete details, including name, email address, phone number, and any additional required information (25 words or less why enrolling your child and watching your little hero transform at JUMP! Swim Schools is so important to you).
– Agree to the Competition’s terms and conditions by checking the relevant box.
– Submit the entry form.
Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries from the same participant will result in disqualification.
**5. Prize:**
The prize for this Competition is a family holiday package to the Great Barrier Reef valued at $10,000. The prize includes:
- Prize package for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children)
- Return economy flights from winners nearest capital city to Cairns budget
- $1000 Spending money (transfer via EFT paid to winner)
- Great Barrier Reef Experience
- 4 nights shared accommodation Cairns
- General family admission to The Cairns Aquarium
- TOTAL PRIZE VALUE: Up to $10,000 AUD
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other alternatives. All expenses not explicitly mentioned as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
**6. Winner Selection:**
The winner will be selected based on their 25-words or less submission all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place on Friday 17-November 2023 at 5:00pm at the JUMP! Swim Schools’s premises. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7-days after the draw date. If the winner does not respond within 7- days of being notified, a new winner will be chosen.
**7. Winner Verification:**
Before being declared the official winner, the selected participant will be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, current membership at a JUMP! Swim School in Australia or NZ and any other information deemed necessary by JUMP! Swim Schools.
**8. Publicity:**
By entering the Competition, participants agree that if they win, their name and likeness may be used by the JUMP! Swim Schools for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
**9. Privacy:**
Any personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will be handled in accordance with the JUMP! Swim Schools’s privacy policy.
**10. General Conditions:**
– The JUMP! Swim Schools reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Competition’s terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
– The JUMP! Swim Schools’s decision regarding all aspects of the Competition is final and binding.
– The JUMP! Swim Schools is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or any other circumstances that may disrupt or prevent entry into the Competition.
– The JUMP! Swim Schools reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions:
- Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Prize not available during Australian Public or National holiday periods or during period 12th December 2023 to 27th January 2024. Not valid 20 March – 10 April 2024.
- Prize is valid for 12 months from notification of winning. Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of notification.
- Winner and/or one guest must be 18 years of age or over.
- All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
- Accommodation is based on 4 people sharing 1 room.
- A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals.
- Winner must provide bank details for EFT spending money.years d are welcome. An adult must accompany all minors under the age of 18
- Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $250 excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
- Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling companions.
- Flights: Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. The winner and their travelling companions will responsible for making their way to and from their departing Australian airport.
- Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
- Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- Winners must follow any Covid-19 conditions and restrictions which may apply, but not limited to, travel, hotel and events. Winner and guests must adhere to local conditions and restrictions at the time of travel. This may include, but not limited to, mask wearing and Proof of Vaccination Certificate Presentation.
