  1. Eligibility
    • The free trial offer is available to new customers only and is limited to one trial lesson per child.
  2. Availability
    • Free trial lessons are subject to site availability and may not be offered at all JUMP! Swim School locations.
    • Please contact your local JUMP! Swim School to confirm availability before booking.
  3. Booking Requirements
    • All free trial lessons must be booked in advance through the official JUMP! Swim Schools booking process.
    • Walk-in requests for free trials cannot be guaranteed.
  4. Age & Program Restrictions
    • Free trials apply only to standard swim programs offered at participating locations.
    • Specialty programs, private lessons, or advanced classes may be excluded.
  5. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value
    • The free trial cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
    • Offer is non-transferable and valid only for the child registered.
  6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
    • If you cannot attend your scheduled free trial, please notify your local JUMP! Swim School at least 24 hours in advance.
      • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  7. Right to Withdraw or Modify
    • JUMP! Swim Schools reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.

Promotion runs from 1 February to 28 February 2026. Eligibility available to new students only. Enrol during February 2026 and receive 50% off your First Month, equates for 2 weeks of free swimming lessons, to kickstart the year! Offer only available at participating JUMP! Swim School locations. Please check with your local school. Only applies to standard swim programs offered at those participating locations. Specialty programs (Aquaplay, BabyPlay), private lessons, or alternative classes are excluded. Credit must be applied to lesson fees and cannot be redeemed for cash. Offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions. JUMP! Swim Schools reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without notice.
