Q: Are JUMP! Swim Schools in Victoria currently open?
A: All JUMP! Swim Schools in metro Melbourne are temporarily closed.
Our Lara & Geelong West swim schools are currently open, however will be temporarily closing from close of business on Wednesday 5th August. For the most up to date information on state restrictions, visit the Victorian Government website.
Q: Can I put my membership on hold?
A: All membership payments have been place on hold, free of charge, while your swim school is closed. Your membership will remain suspended until government restrictions are eased enough for your swim school to reopen.
Q: How long is my membership suspended for?
A: Your membership will remain suspended until your local JUMP! Swim School is open.
Q: Will the change rooms, toilets, and shower(s) be open?
A: Yes – change rooms, showers, and toilet facilities will be open.
Q: Does JUMP! Swim Schools offer any online programs?
A: Yes! We just launched ‘Home Fitness Network’. This online training program gives members the chance to continue to exercise from the comfort of their own home.
To assist our members and the entire community in remaining active and healthy during this time we’ve launched Home Fitness Network – an online training and nutrition platform.
JUMP! Swim Schools members can access Home Fitness Network for just $5 per week.
